I typically recommend at least 3 hour sessions to make significant progress, this allows us to work through a category ( clothes, books, papers, miscellaneous or sentimental items) with focus intention.
It also allows us to go deeper with the process of identifying what sparks joy and letting go of items that no longer serve us.
I understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to reschedule a session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives me time to offer the slot to another client and allows you to reschedule without any penalty.
For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice a 50% charge fee will apply.
