These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Joyous Sara, a professional KonMari consultancy. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

1. Definitions.

• “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Joyous Sara, the KonMari consultancy business. 

• “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the individual or entity utilising Joyous Sara services. 

• “Service” refers to any consultation, organisation session, or related service provided by Joyous Sara. 

2. Service Description.

Joyous Sara offers organisation consultancy based on the KonMari® method. This entails in-home consultations, where we guide you through organising your living space. 

3. Booking and Payment.

• All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email. 

• Full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept payment by bank transfer or an alternative payment method can be agreed at the time of booking.  

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge. 

4. Refunds and Cancellations.

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule without penalty. 

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% fee or forfeit the deposit. 

• Refunds will not be provided for completed sessions. 

5. Client Responsibilities.

• You agree to be present during any in-home service and to actively participate in the process. 

• You must ensure a safe environment for the consultation and organisation process. 

• You are responsible for ensuring that Joyous Sara consultant can access the space for the session and for arranging the removal of items as necessary. 

Should you decide to discard any items as part of the consultation, you will be responsible for discarding them.  

6. Confidentiality.

All information shared during consultations, including personal items, preferences, and household information, will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose any details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

7. Limitation of Liability.

• We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the service unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. 

• Joyous Sara is not responsible for any damage to personal belongings that occur during the sorting and organising process unless caused by our negligence. 

8. Intellectual Property.

All materials, guides, or resources provided during the consultation are the property of Joyous Sara and are for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without permission. 

9. Changes to Services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. If changes affect a booked session, you will be notified in advance. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
